Job Highlights• Employment Type: Contract 12 Months • Address: One Raffles Quay, Singapore 048583 • Salary: Up to $7,500 Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development & Engineering• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications • Participate in enhancement, bug fixing, and system optimization initiatives • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services Collaboration & Delivery• Work closely with business analysts, QA, architects, and project managers • Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes Support & Continuous Improvement• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions • Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives • Continuously improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications ✅ Who We’re Looking ForAssociate (1–3 Years Experience)• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in Java development • Strong understanding of Core Java and OOP concepts • Familiarity with:Spring Boot / Spring FrameworkREST APIsSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)Git or version control tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Senior Associate (3–5 Years Experience)• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • 3–5 years of hands-on Java development experience • Experience in enterprise-scale applications and client-facing projects • Strong expertise in:Spring Boot / Microservices architectureAPI integrationsPerformance tuning and troubleshootingCI/CD pipelines • Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Exposure to Docker / Kubernetes • Frontend experience (Angular / React) • Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Passion for technology, learning, and continuous improvement ⭐ What We Look For• Highly motivated individuals with strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong team players with a client-centric mindset • Confident communicators with a drive to deliver impactful solutions How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume.
