Job Description • Prepare and assist shop drawing, detail drawing and as-built drawing using CAD programs. • Create 3D Concepts and Perspectives, as well as Renderings. • Prepare drawing requests to meet requirements. • Assist in tender showrounds and take off quantities/measurements. • Assist in attending site meetings and project coordination. • Assist in project administration such as document management and progress tracking. • Assist to determine quality, cost and quantity of required materials for materials list. • Assist in procurement process, including liaising with vendors and suppliers. • Any other matters as advised by the Project Manager. Job requirements • Diploma in relevant field. • Possess good communication skills • Proficient in AutoCAD/Microsoft Office • Ability to use 3D Studio Max/Sketchup is required.
