We are looking for a proactive and versatile Junior Fashion Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting inventory and merchandise operations across our online and physical retail platforms. It’s common to see designers helping pack merchandise or merchandisers giving input on styling. • Growth-Oriented Opportunities: We offer hands-on exposure across functions — from production planning to events — so your learning curve is steep and fulfilling. • Key Responsibilities • Manage incoming stocks from production, including barcode generation and preparation for store dispatch. • Coordinate with logistics and packing teams to ensure accurate product tagging and stock distribution. • Monitor inventory levels and sales data to support forecasting and stock replenishment strategies. • Oversee online order processing and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. • Maintain accurate product listings on internal and third-party websites. • Assist in production tasks such as placing production orders, coordinating trim buys, and tracking production progress. • Collaborate with the retail and visual merchandising teams to ensure attractive in-store product presentation aligned with brand concepts. • Support the organization and execution of promotional events, collection launches, and sales. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. logistics, design, marketing) to support the company’s goals. Requirements • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Retail Merchandising, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in fashion merchandising or inventory management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Shopify POS, Stocky, or Katana is an advantage. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. • This role requires the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, as it involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking production suppliers based overseas.
