Junior Field Technician (Printers)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Field Technician to support troubleshooting and repair of printer equipment. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work and interacting with customers. Key Responsibilities: • Perform evaluation, troubleshooting, and repair of printer products (carry-in service) • Provide professional customer support and service experience • Handle tools, materials, and equipment for effective service delivery • Ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues Requirements• NITEC in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Computer-related discipline or equivalent • Candidates without prior experience are welcome (training provided) • Good customer service and communication skills • Possess own motorbike with Class 2B license is an advantage Salary & Benefits• $20 Communication Allowance • Learning culture where every employee is engaged in learning and development growth. • Team programs and activities that celebrate individual and team’s success. • Long service award recognition for our committed and dedicated colleagues. • Medical / Dental benefits cater for the employee’s health and wellness.
