Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end technology hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles across technologies such as software development, cloud, DevOps, data, ERP, and infrastructure. The recruiter should have a strong understanding of the Singapore hiring market, local employment practices, and candidate engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, and networking. • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements. • Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate fitment. • Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients. • Manage offer negotiation, salary discussion, and onboarding coordination. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs. • Ensure proper follow-up and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards. • Work closely with account managers and hiring teams to understand resource requirements and priorities. • Stay updated with Singapore market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices.
