About this role
Responsibilities: • Manage front-of-house service, including seating arrangements and guest flow coordination. • Serve products promptly and in accordance with brand presentation standards. • Answer phone calls professionally and provide accurate store information to customers. • Be fully familiar with the menu and all products sold, and confidently explain them to customers. • Handle the order-taking process and ensure accurate and neat packaging for takeaway items. • Maintain overall store cleanliness, including dining and service areas, to ensure a welcoming environment. • Follow material handling protocols to ensure minimal waste and safe use of resources. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of service experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided to those without experience. • Must be able to commit to work for at least 4 months. • Must be able to work a minimum of 18.5 hours per week (including 1 day on the weekend). • Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn. • Warm and cheerful personality. • Able to communicate well with customers. • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus. • Able to work independently and in a team. • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. • Hourly pay rate: $12 on weekdays & weekends, and $14 on public holidays. • Working location: Tiong Bahru, Cluny Court, Telok Ayer, Neil Road, ION Orchard, East Coast, Tang Plaza Orchard, Holland Village, Upper Thomson and Serangoon Garden.
