K-Pop Pro Dance Teacher (Part-Time)

Employment Type: Part-Time / Short-Term Contract Location: Singapore We are looking for a K-Pop Pro Dance Teacher to join us on a short-term basis, as our current instructors are overseas. The role involves leading K-pop dance classes (female girl group style), engaging students, and supporting studio content creation. Key Responsibilities• Conduct K-pop dance classes (focus on girl group choreography) • Lead and manage student groups during training sessions • Guide and participate in class-related filming for social media content • (Optional) Assist with studio operations and day-to-day coordination Requirements• Proven experience in teaching K-pop dance • Confident in leading group classes and managing student engagement • Comfortable appearing in and guiding/joining students during filming • Responsible, professional, and able to work independently Language Requirement (Compliance Justification)• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required as: • The majority of students are Mandarin-speaking clients from platforms such as Xiaohongshu (XHS) and WeChat • The role involves conducting classes, giving instructions, and providing feedback directly to students in Mandarin Salary & Benefits• Per Class Payment (teaching only) • Fixed Salary Option (teaching + studio management support) • Opportunity for continued engagement based on performance Additional Information• Immediate availability required (able to start as early as next week) • Short-term replacement role (with possible extension) • Studio agreement will be signed upon confirmation • The first 2 months are considered as Trial Phase.
