You will support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, following food safety standards, and assisting chefs to ensure high-quality food service. Responsibilities • Support the head chef and assigned kitchen personnel, including Sous and Junior Sous Chefs, to assist in daily kitchen tasks • Handle and store all food items properly to preserve quality and safety • Follow food handling and hygiene regulations according to SFA standards to ensure food safety • Clean and maintain kitchen areas and equipment to keep them in good working condition Preferred competencies and qualifications • Demonstrate effective communication skills to coordinate with team members • Show initiative and self-motivation to learn and take on kitchen responsibilities • Work well as a team player in a fast-paced kitchen environment • Have a commitment to serving food of the highest quality • Willing to learn and move to higher position Other Information Team Benefits • Career growth and promotion opportunities • Monthly bonus upon reaching targets • Straight shifts • Free staff meals • Discounts across all brands • Team member referral bonus • Option 1 Salary Range: $2200 per month (4 Days x Week, 6 Hours x Day) • Option 2 Salary Range: $2500 per month (5 Days x Week, 6 Hours x Day)
