About UsStylez Pte Ltd is a Japanese F&B group operating five brands in Singapore: - Shunsui — MICHELIN Guide-listed Japanese fine dining since 2018 - Kemuri — modern izakaya with chef-driven seasonal menus - Five Nines — sake bar and no-border bistro - Eizaburo — traditional casual Japanese izakaya with yakitori, tempura, and sashimi - Komachi — obanzai and koryori dining We are looking for a part-time KOL & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to manage our influencer outreach and ongoing engagement, helping us deepen our brand presence in Singapore's food scene. What You'll Do- Identify and reach out to relevant food KOLs and influencers via email and DM - Coordinate restaurant visits, manage scheduling, and confirm details with our store teams - Follow up after visits — send thank-you messages, confirm posting timelines, and track posting status - Repost KOL content on our brand channels and maintain records of performance (reach, engagement, ER) - Maintain and update the KOL database, prioritising high-performing partners for repeat engagements What We're Looking For- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (fresh graduates welcome) - 1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content coordination preferred - Bilingual in English and Mandarin (essential for engaging local KOLs) - Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and basic spreadsheet tools - Detail-oriented, organised, and responsive in communication - F&B / hospitality / KOL marketing experience is a plus Working Arrangement- Approximately 20 hours per week - Fully remote with flexible hours - Occasional restaurant visits for events or coordination (optional) Compensation- Base salary: S$1,800/month - Performance bonus for high-output months
