Job Description: With 1-3 years of experience in monitoring applications, batch jobs, and system alerts for Core Banking platforms. Responsibilities include performing initial triage of incidents and service requests, supporting Core Banking modules (e.g., Accounts, Loans, Payments, Deposits), logging, categorizing, and prioritizing tickets. Provide first-level resolution for known issues using SOPs and the knowledge base. Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation. Communicate status updates to stakeholders and end-users. Ensure adherence to SLAs and incident response timelines. Maintain system documentation and update knowledge base articles.
