Job Summary To lead the strategy, content, and delivery of SICC’s flagship programmes and partnerships, driving innovation, commercial development, and partner engagement to strengthen SICC’s reputation as the premier convenor of business communities. Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated strategies for all signature programmes aligned with SICC’s vision and priorities to drive business impact. • Curate relevant and forward-looking themes, select speakers, and design event to ensure distinctive and engaging programmes. • Plan and manage end-to-end event delivery, including content curation, logistics coordination, vendor management, and participant engagement to ensure excellent experiences. • Implement budget planning, monitor costs, and conduct ROI analysis for each programme to optimize financial performance and have a sustainable revenue stream. • Measure programme success using attendance, sponsorship revenue, participant satisfaction, media reach, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Apply insights to improve future initiatives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance member value and align programmes with SICC's goals. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with sponsors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders through proactive communication and engagement. • Cultivate long-term alliances with corporates, government agencies, and international chambers to expand partnership opportunities. • Build and manage sponsorship pipelines by crafting compelling value propositions and partnership packages that attract and retain sponsors. • Continuously refresh programme design to maintain relevance, innovation, and commercial strength. • Coordinate stakeholder and speaker engagement to ensure alignment with SICC’s brand and strategic objectives. • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer. You are required to partner closely with internal & external stakeholders to maximise visibility and synergies. You are expected to lead and guide the relevant team to advance SICC's strategic goals
