About this role
Retirement, Estate & Family Wealth Track We're building a specialist practice helping clients plan for two of the most important stages of financial life: a secure retirement, and the legacy they pass on afterward. We're looking for a small number of capable people to groom into this space, backed by a real fixed salary during ramp-up and a development track built for advising clients on long-term wealth, not just selling products. This is a relationship-led advisory role — retirement income planning, wealth preservation, and estate and legacy structuring. It rewards depth and trust over pressure selling. What you'll do • Advise clients on retirement planning — income strategies, CPF/SRS optimisation, wealth accumulation and drawdown — and on legacy and estate planning as their needs evolve • Run in-depth financial needs analyses covering how a client's wealth is built, protected, drawn down, and eventually passed on • Build and deepen long-term relationships with clients and their families • Host and curate retirement and legacy planning events and briefings • Work alongside specialists — lawyers, fund houses, and investment trainers — who deliver ongoing technical training • Develop into a senior advisory or leadership role as you build your book The package • Fixed monthly salary of up to $4,000 (based on experience) for your first 3 months — probation period • A fully sponsored Certified Estate Planner certification, plus ongoing monthly training from lawyers, fund houses, and investment specialists — a deep, continuous development track, not a single course • After probation: a commission-based model with no ceiling. Advisers who establish themselves in this practice typically build toward $5,000+/month as their book matures • A defined progression path into senior advisory and leadership roles The support behind you This isn't a brochure-and-phone practice. You're plugged into a systematized advisory operation built to handle long-term client relationships: • Tools that turn hours of portfolio and policy review into minutes, so you walk into every meeting already knowing where the gaps are • A market and intelligence system that keeps you genuinely informed for substantive client conversations • Client-facing modelling tools to present retirement income and legacy scenarios live, clearly, on screen • A structured pipeline system so client relationships are nurtured, not forgotten Who this is for • Diploma / Degree / full A-Levels in any field — career-switchers from corporate, banking, sales, or service backgrounds do well here • Strong communicators who can make complex retirement and estate concepts simple • People with the maturity to earn clients' trust on long-term financial decisions • Patient, relationship-driven, and comfortable with longer advisory cycles • Self-directed, organised, and able to manage shifting priorities
