Job Description: • Plan and run physiotherapy rehab services • Conduct assessments for patients during admission and periodic reviews. • Institute an appropriate and effective treatment. • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions with the care team. • Contribute to formulation and follow-up of patients’ individual care plan • Plan and conduct group therapy programmes and activities for patients.
