About this role
RESPONSIBILITIES • Physical handling of goods (parts / products) relating to retrieval, issue and receipt of goods • Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity of goods • Update and maintain inventory records in SAP systems • Trace, track and expedite purchase delivery processes • Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods • Interact with third party logistics service providers • Stocktaking and ensuring accuracy of all inventories • Inventory control, ensure sufficient stock level • Create packing lists/delivery orders and update shipment information in database • Organize files both manually and electronically • Monitor and facilitate repair orders • Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items • Ensure that all items are properly numbered and labelled • Dispose of unserviceable or damaged items • Picking, packing and labelling duties • Manage Inventory room ensure good housekeeping • Any other duties assigned REQUIREMENTS • GCE “O” Levels and above • 1 year relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome • PC literate with good command of spoken/written English • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) or order management systems • Meticulous, well organized & good working attitude with initiative
