Job Purpose: • This position will lead the Deliver Logistics and Planning activities in a project management capacity • This position is responsible for ensuring timely planning and execution of activities, while ensuring a seamless continuation of warehouse operations, customer deliveries and inventory management for business continuity. • Candidate will report to the Operations Director, while interfacing with various stakeholders locally and regionally, as well as internally and externally. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Transition Strategy & Execution • Define the project roadmap for splitting the Deliver function (Logistics, Customer deliveries and Warehouse operations) into the new entity. • Coordinate with the Regional Planning Team to ensure demand forecasting and supply planning processes are executed in accordance to transition or cutover timelines. • Ensure the successful management of physical infrastructure and network changes on inventory or assets within the warehouse, if required by the split. • Ensure trade control compliance elements are adhered to (e.g. entity licensing, entity registration, etc), where applicable. • Work with IT stakeholders on any IT-related transitions impacting the warehousing operations. 2. Process and Systems Mapping • Map current "As-Is" workflows and "To-Be" processes for the new entity. • Develop a clear matrix that drives accountability and visibility of responsibilities. • Oversee the transition of Logistics Service Provider (LSP) contracts and Operations SOPs to the new entity. • Oversight on testing progress and traction • Ensure ERP/WMS system cutovers are synchronized with physical movements. • Develop a Transition Playbook that documents key activities encountered for this project. 3. Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary liaison representing Deliver and Plan activities for the operations, between various stakeholders. • Lead weekly steering committee or operational meetings to report on milestones, risks, and budget spend. 4. Risk Mitigation • Identify potential "blind spots" in the project delivery chain (e.g., budget overspend, infrastructure setup delays impacting shipping, service failures, etc) during the transition phase. • Escalation of potential risks while proactively pursuing solutions against those risks. Qualification: • University/bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business administration disciplines • Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain PMO experience. • Good understanding of 3PL management, inventory control, supply planning and demand planning. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Project,) • Able to drive change management effectively through influence and communication skills • Project management experience • Strong analytical ability • Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization is critical for success Interested parties, please apply through this link https://jnj-apac.talent-pool.com/projects OR click on APPLY button.
