We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team at Changi Airport/Downtown. As the face of the brand, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and uphold the highest standards of luxury service within a fast-paced travel retail environment. Key Responsibilities• Provide personalised customer service to international travellers, ensuring a memorable luxury shopping experience. • Achieve individual and store sales targets through professional selling techniques and product knowledge. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including CRM outreach and after-sales service. • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation adhere to brand guidelines. • Handle cash register operations, tax-free processes, and airport retail protocols. • Support stock management, including receiving, replenishment, and inventory control. • Uphold all airport security and company compliance standards. Requirements• Minimum 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in luxury fashion, watches, or jewellery. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. • Well-groomed, professional, and confident in engaging with high-net-worth and international clientele. • Sales-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed targets. • Flexible to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays (airport retail operates 24/7). • Must be eligible for Changi Airport pass clearance. (Applicable for Changi Airport side), Downtown not required.
