Your role Our major Oil & Gas Downstream Client is urgently looking for Maintenance First Line Supervisor who will be based on Jurong Island and be responsible for all maintenance activities performed at their area of responsibility as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent or Field Superintendent (Second Line Supervisor (SLS). You will ensure that all activities are in compliance with applicable Company management systems (e.g., Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS), Global Product Quality Management System (GPQMS)/Global Product Integrity Management System (GPIMS). You will effectively manages maintenance strategies, planning, scheduling and execution to ensure safety, reliability and integrity. You will be responsible for ensuring Best Practices, Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) expectations, permitting process are followed. • Manage site's contractor safety issue and gap closure • Perform V&V on contractor's safety performance • Help site resolve contractors' performance issue • Plan and walk with contractors on field safety • Evaluate and approve contractors working on site • Support sites initiatives for contractors • Run and collate report for management. provide site safety performance and contractors companies performance • Engage contractor's management to improve safety performance of the company • Address safety issue with/for contractor • Manage and facilities meeting with contractors • Conduct contractors training and onboarding • Develop, manage and support programs under 8.1 You are what we are looking for if you: • Have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience • Have minimum five years of relevant maintenance experience in oil and gas, refinery, and/or chemical industry • Have broad knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria • Are able to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities • Are proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs • Able to read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
