Management Trainee, Cinema Operations

Job Description • Understanding and able to operate all workstations, including Digital Box Office, Combi point, Floor and Projection • Ensuring the security of cinema and equipment at the end of the shift • Opening/closing of cinema including cash handling and opening & closing procedures • Ensuring the readiness and proper presentation of all areas of the location or within the complex during operating hours • Ensuring that staff adopt proper procedures in projection, concession, floor or ticket sales duties • Maintaining work discipline and report any staff misconduct to superior, to report/feedback to Manager for any course of action • Conducting training and coaching of Cinema Service Crew • Assisting in handling customer complaint • Assisting in group booking and sale of vouchers • Familiar with breakdown/emergency procedures • Undertake special assignment and project as required Personal Attributes • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Diploma, any field • Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn • Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation • Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours • Those with F&B experience will be favourably considered • Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate • Must be fully vaccinated • Applicants fresh out of school are welcome
