Job Summary You will report directly to the CEO and undergo a structured rotational programme across Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, Marketing, and HR. This role provides full visibility of end-to-end business operations, identifies inefficiencies, and supports the company’s digital transformation journey. You will gain hands-on exposure to core operational functions while collaborating with senior leadership on cross-functional improvement initiatives. Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong ownership mindset are essential as working hours may vary by department. Responsibilities • Complete a rotational programme spending up to 6 months in each department to acquire comprehensive operational knowledge • Support digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline processes and reduce paper-based workflows • Adapt operational approaches flexibly to meet varying business needs and departmental requirements • Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements • Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic and operational projects to drive business growth • Develop in-depth understanding of Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, Marketing, HR, and Nova’s full business cycle
