What You’ll Learn & Do • Rotate through key front-of-house roles (service, reception, captain). • Deliver top-notch customer service that delights guests. • Manage reservations, front desk & CRM system. • Handle POS, billing, closing & petty cash. • Assist with event planning, rostering & inventory checks. • Lead service teams and coordinate with other departments. • Uphold the highest hygiene, safety & service standards. Who We’re Looking For • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business or related fields preferred. • Proficiency in Chinese preferred to liaise with customers. • Strong communication, positive attitude, passion for hospitality. • Able to work 6 days/week including weekends & public holidays on rotating shifts (10am–10pm).
