GAIN CITY DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Management Trainee internship — a 6-month, on-site Operations role based in ANG MO KIO INDUSTRIAL PARK 2, Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. It is open to university students, typically in Year 2–4. Applicants with experience in Leadership, Troubleshooting, Microsoft Excel, Quality Control, and Restaurants are a strong fit.
About this role
Management Trainee Responsibilities: • Complete all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities. • Observe and learn from experienced staff members. • Understand company policies, protocols, and processes. • Take detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff. • Fulfil any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship. • Adhere to all company regulations, and health and safety codes. • Prepare documents and updating records. • Learn about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings. • Travel to different offices and participating in daily operations as required. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any disciplines or relevant. • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work effectively both individually and in a team • Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn, question and contribute in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Note: • Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
