About this role
Assist Operations Manager in maintaining day to day operations (cleanliness, staffing, organization). Promote new menu items and promotions to customers. Deliver quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and feedback. Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and stock levels. Assign duties, plan staff roster, and lead the team. Train, manage, and motivate staff. Ensure hygiene, food safety, and consistency in food/service. Monitor stock and supplies. Maintain good housekeeping.
