Responsibilities • Manage daily outlet operations to maintain cleanliness, staffing adequacy, and organized workflow • Promote new menu items and ongoing promotions to customers to increase sales and engagement • Deliver quality customer service by addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer experience • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly to resolve issues and improve service quality • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, expenses, and stock levels for operational review • Assign duties and plan staff rosters to optimize team productivity and coverage • Train, manage, and motivate staff to enhance skills, performance, and teamwork • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards to maintain consistent food and service quality • Monitor stock and supplies to prevent shortages and control inventory efficiently • Maintain good housekeeping standards to provide a clean and safe environment for staff and customers
