Key Responsibilities: · To assist Restaurant Manager in operations of outlets to achieve sales and operational targets. · Interact with customers and attend to any queries. · Ensure the standard of service provided to customers at all times. · Ensure outlet cleanliness throughout the day. · Guide and assist new hire in operations. · To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore. · Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management. Requirements: · Degree in any field. · Food Safety Level 1 Certified. · Minimum of 1 years of working experience preferably in the F&B or retail industry. · Strong understanding of the Singapore market and consumer behaviour. · Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively. · Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong copywriting skills being a plus.
