Job Description & Requirements Key Responsibilities During the rotation, you will be involved in the following areas: 1. Marketing & Brand Development - Assist in formulating marketing strategies and executing brand promotion campaigns; - Contribute to content creation, design, and publishing across digital channels; - Support market research and competitor analysis. 2. Student Services & Operational Support - Help coordinate academic scheduling, student logistics, and event operations; - Participate in optimizing service processes and enhancing customer satisfaction; - Support administrative systems and internal communication. 3. Sales & Client Engagement - Assist in handling client inquiries, course recommendations, and customer onboarding; - Contribute to refining sales strategies and improving conversion efficiency; - Manage and analyze CRM data to support sales initiatives. 4. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration - Participate in internal projects under the guidance of senior mentors; - Collaborate across departments to support business goals and process improvement; - Provide timely updates and reports on assigned tasks and initiatives. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome; - Proficient in English (both spoken and written); - Conversational Mandarin required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients; - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset; - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure; - Positive, adaptable attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow; - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); - Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools is preferred; - Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, JianYing, etc.) are a strong advantage; - Previous internship or experience in education, marketing, or client services is a plus.
