Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer service, staff coordination, and administrative support, preparing for future leadership roles through structured training and development. Work location will be at Changi Airport Terminal 3. Responsibilities • Assist in executing daily business and operational activities to support smooth outlet functioning • Support outlet operations by collaborating with teams to enhance customer service and team coordination • Monitor and evaluate service standards and operational efficiency to ensure quality delivery • Support supervisors and managers in scheduling staff and managing workflow for optimal productivity • Assist in inventory control and stock management to maintain adequate supplies • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to enhance customer satisfaction • Participate actively in training programs and contribute to performance evaluations for continuous improvement • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures to maintain compliance • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to facilitate management decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B, or related fields preferred • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the company • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members • Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated leadership potential and problem-solving abilities • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
