About this role
• Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment. • Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient. • Handle guest feedback • Ensure guests' needs and expectations are met by providing an e!cient and professional services. • Attend to guests' needs and complaints promptly and politely. • Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP are applied on daily basis • Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his/her direct supervision. • Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates. • Ensure restaurant is adequately sta"ed during shift and to notifty Manager of any shortage. • Effectively plan weekly roster according to Outlet Reservations • Participate in stock taking of store, linen and operating equipment as directed by superior. • Coordinate regular monthly maintenance and recording. • Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management. Requirements • Experience in Food & Beverage industry preferred. • Enjoy working in F&B and able to work rotating shifts (weekends and public holidays included).
