Job Description Brano Group is expanding its F&B business in Singapore with the launch of two new brands – Yimanfen Dessert and Heishu Tea. We are looking for passionate and ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee Programme and grow into future supervisors, outlet managers, and business leaders. The programme provides structured training across all aspects of outlet operations, customer service, manpower management, inventory control, sales performance, and team leadership. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their careers within a fast-growing F&B group. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in the daily operations of dessert and beverage outlets. • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards. • Learn and execute company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards. • Assist in manpower scheduling, attendance management, and staff supervision. • Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and cost control. • Support outlet sales growth and promotional activities. • Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth operations. • Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement. • Participate in leadership development and management training programmes. • Undertake other duties assigned by management. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, Retail Management, or related fields. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Candidates with F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience will have an added advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. • Strong sense of responsibility and leadership potential. • Proficient in English. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and team members.
