Job Description Strategic HR Business Partnership · Partner with agency Senior Management Teams as their trusted strategic HR advisor, translating business strategies into comprehensive people strategies that drive organisational performance and employee engagement · Co-design and implement HR strategies effectively, together with the business and specialist centres, to better attract, retain, develop, engage and motivate employees. This includes operationalising WOG HR policies and initiatives effectively at the agency and cluster level, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning · Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for your agency clusters, from workforce planning and talent sourcing to candidate assessment and onboarding, ensuring agencies attract and secure top talent aligned to their strategic needs · Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives that position agencies as employers of choice in competitive talent markets HR Service Delivery and Integration · Orchestrate the seamless delivery of integrated HR services across recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations, providing expert guidance on complex people matters to both senior leaders and officers while ensuring fair and consistent policy application · Collaborate closely with HR specialist centers and Whole-of-Government partners to drive process improvements, technology integration, and best practice sharing across the ecosystem EA License No.:96C4864 Reg No.: R1106928 TOH LAY HOON (JESSICA)
