Responsibilities: • Oversee portfolio optimization initiatives for private companies. • Monitor and provide updates on the portfolio of funds and direct investments, including the review of management and financial reports. • Assist in the assessment of investments and valuations, including financial forecasts, scenario analysis, DCF and IRR analysis, and comparables assessment. • Perform general administrative tasks, such as preparing management reports and maintaining internal dashboards. • Monitor the performance of public portfolio companies and assist with corporate actions and compliance with relevant regulations. • Support the management of the portfolio, including participating in company meetings and addressing portfolio matters. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business. • 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance. • Solid understanding of venture capital or private equity investments, with knowledge of legal matters being advantageous. • Excellent relationship management skills. • Motivated team player with a positive mindset. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
