Job Title: Manager (Temporary) – Professional Training and Assessment Standards Division Location: College Road Contract Period: 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 • Temporary staff who worked for 3 months or more are entitled to staff benefits. • Total duration for engagement of temporary staff is capped at one year. Salary: $4,380 per month • Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience; or • Diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience. Working Hours: • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm • Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm • (One-hour lunch break) Job scope : • Assist in reviewing examination processes and related documents against established guidelines, and document findings accurately using review checklists. • Liaise with examination administrators to obtain necessary information and materials to support the review. • Coordinate meetings with senior clinicians serving on examiner committees, as well as consultants, to facilitate clarifications and discussions on examination processes. • Draft review reports based on findings and maintain proper filing and documentation of review materials in accordance with confidentiality requirements. • Provide administrative support for any other tasks related to the review process as assigned. Requirements • Able to work with stakeholders and perform initial assessment of disciplines’ compliance with the guidelines under the supervision of the assessment team within the division. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Good command of written and spoken, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders via phone, email, and in meetings. • Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines concurrently. • Prior experience in educational or examination settings would be an advantage.
