Join a semi-conductor company as a Manufacturing Lead to supervise production operators, ensuring operational targets and quality standards are consistently met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate production associates to achieve daily and weekly production targets with high quality and efficiency • Monitor product quality during production and promptly report issues to management for timely resolution • Conduct daily team meetings and deliver clear production performance reports to stakeholders • Perform assembly operations on complex components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies across multiple production areas to meet production goals • Identify and suggest process improvements, supporting their implementation to enhance operational efficiency • Support the introduction of new products and models by facilitating smooth production transitions • Ensure proper maintenance and effective operation of production equipment to minimize downtime • Train and guide associates on production processes and operational skills to maintain high performance standards • Support onboarding and training programs for new employees and junior team leaders to build team capability • Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism and adherence to company values within the team • Facilitate cross-training activities among different production areas to increase workforce flexibility • Monitor attendance and assist supervisors in workforce management to ensure adequate staffing levels • Maintain thorough knowledge of company processes and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency • Support probation evaluations and provide training for new hires to ensure successful integration • Promote workplace safety by identifying and reporting safety concerns or opportunities for improvement • Escalate production-related issues promptly and propose practical solutions to minimize disruptions • Maintain effective communication channels between associates and management to foster collaboration • Provide support to other production areas as needed to meet overall production objectives • Accept additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned to contribute to team success Required competencies and certifications • Minimum 2–3 years of team leader experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment • Proficient in production monitoring and ISO documentation requirements • Skilled in investigating production or quality issues and supporting corrective actions • Competent in calculating takt time, manpower needs, and production line balancing • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear information exchange • High level of manual dexterity and hands-on ability for assembly and operational tasks • Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks safely Preferred competencies and qualifications • High school education or above Other Information • Site location: East of Singapore • Includes shift work
