Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marine Technical Superintendent to oversee the technical management, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of our fleet of harbour craft and workboats. This role is critical in ensuring vessel reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities• Oversee day-to-day technical management of vessels, including planned and breakdown maintenance • Ensure vessels comply with MPA, Class, and statutory requirements • Plan, manage, and attend vessel repairs, dry-docking, and inspections • Liaise with shipyards, vendors, OEMs, and surveyors • Monitor technical budgets, spares, and maintenance costs • Investigate technical incidents, defects, and machinery failures • Support operations team with technical advice and troubleshooting • Maintain accurate technical records, maintenance logs, and documentation Requirements• Marine Engineering background (Class 1 / Class 2 / Diploma in Marine Engineering preferred) • Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Technical Superintendent, Chief Engineer, or similar role • Strong knowledge of harbour craft, diesel engines, propulsion, and auxiliary systems • Familiar with MPA regulations and Singapore port requirements • Good planning, problem-solving, and communication skills • Able to work independently and attend vessels as required What We Offer• Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) • Stable role in a growing marine services company • Direct involvement in fleet management and decision-making • Supportive and practical working environment How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume to: leeyiren@gmail.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
