Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Senior Marketing Communications Officer for a 12-month contract to support regional B2B marketing initiatives, administer our partner success program (BSCP), and facilitate regional sales operations. In this regional individual contributor role, you will be responsible for the seamless tactical execution of marketing campaigns, partner enablement, and sales analytics tracking across multiple time zones. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels at project coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities1.Campaign & Event Execution · Partner Marketing Support: Coordinate and execute joint marketing activities with regional partners, including the distribution of press releases, product launch materials, and volume-driving enablement assets. · Event Coordination: Lead the end-to-end logistics and execution for regional marketing events (trade shows, co-branded partner seminars, webinars, and tech days), including vendor procurement, sponsorship invoicing, payment tracking, and onsite support. · Digital Outreach: Deploy regional product announcements, newsletters, and event invitations utilizing email marketing platforms (e.g., Optimizely). 2.Partner Program Administration (BSCP) · Program Operations: Manage the day-to-day operational lifecycle of the BSCP partner program, including preparing, issuing, and tracking annual agreements via DocuSign. · Partner Relations: Act as the primary operational point of contact for BSCP partners regarding regional training schedules, event coordination, and commercial updates. · Performance Tracking: Compile quarterly performance data and track sales milestone achievements for regional partners. 3.Sales Operations & Analytics Support · CRM& Reporting: Serve as the regional CRM power user to maintain data integrity. Update and maintain established Power BI dashboards (covering pipelines, rolling forecasts, and order books) to support sales tracking. · Budget Monitoring: Track and log regional marketing expenses against established budget lines to ensure financial compliance. · Logistics Management: Coordinate the allocation, shipping, and tracking of loaner demonstration equipment for the commercial sales team. 4.Collateral & Digital Asset Management · Content Localization: Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for the translation, adaptation, and distribution of marketing and communications (marcom) materials for local markets. · Brand Assets: Handle regional artwork and design requests for marketing collateral and oversee the sourcing and inventory of brand promotional premiums. · Web Maintenance: Keep local dealer locators and partner portals accurate and updated on the corporate website. Requirements & Qualifications· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. · Experience: 5–8 years of relevant B2Bmarketing or marketing operations experience, preferably within a regional matrix or global corporate environment. · Stakeholder Coordination: Strong communication skills with a proven ability to coordinate effectively with external partners and cross-functional, multi-time-zone internal teams. · Technical Proficiency: Hands-on, proficiency-level experience with CRM systems, Power BI (running/updating reports), DocuSign, and email marketing automation tools. Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts independently.
