About this role
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager to help grow our brands across events, attractions, hospitality and children’s enrichment. This role would suit someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — someone who can come up with ideas, create content, run campaigns, track performance and help turn marketing activity into real bookings, leads and sales. Location: Kulnari Mystery Golf, Quay House, Power Kids Gym About Us We run a growing group of experience-led businesses in Singapore, including immersive attractions, F&B concepts and children’s activity spaces. Our brands include Kulnari Mystery Golf, Quay House and Power Kids Gym. Across our businesses, we serve a mix of tourists, families, corporates, schools, locals and event groups, so we’re looking for someone who can adapt messaging across different audiences while keeping each brand distinct. Key Responsibilities You’ll be involved in: • Planning and executing marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, email, WhatsApp and other channels • Creating content ideas for social media, ads, website pages, email blasts and promotions • Helping manage paid ads and tracking campaign performance • Writing clear, engaging copy for different audiences, including families, corporates, tourists and event clients • Supporting lead generation for corporate events, school programmes, birthday parties and group bookings • Coordinating photoshoots, videos, influencer visits, partnerships and media opportunities • Improving website content, SEO, landing pages and conversion funnels • Tracking marketing performance and preparing simple reports on what is working • Working closely with the operations team to understand customer feedback, seasonal trends and sales opportunities What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: • Creative, organised and comfortable taking initiative • Strong at writing clear and engaging copy • Familiar with social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook and TikTok • Comfortable working with paid ads, or willing to learn • Able to look at data and understand what is driving enquiries, bookings and sales • Interested in hospitality, attractions, events, families or lifestyle brands • Able to manage multiple brands and campaigns at the same time • Practical and hands-on — we need someone who can both plan and execute Experience Preferred but not essential: • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content, digital advertising or brand management • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, GA4 or similar tools • Experience in hospitality, attractions, events, fitness, education, tourism or family-focused brands would be a plus Why Join Us This is a great role for someone who wants to be part of a growing group of creative, experience-led businesses.
