Job Highlights• Exposure to Private Banking and Wealth Management marketing • Involved in premium client loyalty and engagement programmes • Strong career development within structured banking environment Job Scope (Key Responsibilities)• Manage and support member referral and reward programmes, including fulfilment coordination • Oversee seasonal gifting campaigns (e.g. festive gifts, client appreciation programmes) • Coordinate design, production, and distribution of client premium items (e.g. red packets and marketing materials) • Support digital and user experience enhancements for client booking and engagement platforms • Assist in client communications and marketing campaign execution • Manage sourcing and handling of corporate premiums and promotional items • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or campaign management • Experience in banking or wealth management industry is an advantage • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities • Independent, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
