About this role
This position reports to the director. The Marketing Manager will take responsibility for the overall marketing activities, developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand presence, attract new clients, and showcase its interior design expertise, and also assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans. This role combines creative vision with strategic thinking — managing digital marketing, branding, content creation, and client engagement to drive growth and visibility in the interior design market. Individual to be involved in: 1. Responsible for overseeing all marketing activities 2. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s design vision and business goals. 3. To create sales and marketing plans to attract potential customers to the company's services 4.Track online analytics and report performance metrics. 5. Monitor market trends and competitors. 6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by director Technical Skills and Competencies 1.Experience in overseeing marketing activities 2.Proficient in market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs. 3.Good analytical skills to be able to research, analyse data and trends. 4.Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas for marketing campaigns Duration of Attachment 6 Months
