Working Hours • Flexible based on your school schedule and company needs (mutual agreement) Work Location • Vins Interior Pte Ltd office • On-site / outdoor locations when required Hourly Pay • Paid monthly upon timesheet submission Incentives (Yes, extra $$ ) • SGD 20.00 for every qualified lead • A qualified lead = a real client who requests a quotation Transport Claims • Reimbursable for work-related travel (with receipts) • Daily commute not included Growth Opportunity • Performance-based review of pay, incentives, and work arrangement • Real exposure to marketing, sales, and client engagement What You’ll Be Doing • Identify and research potential clients, partners, and contacts • Conduct cold calls and outreach to introduce our services • Go on-site for door-to-door and face-to-face engagement • Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) • Track leads, conversations, and follow-ups • Prepare simple reports on outreach performance • Represent Vins Interior professionally at all times Who This Is For • Students or interns who want real experience (not just admin work) • Comfortable talking to people and not afraid of rejection • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
