Marketing & Sales Support Intern (Logistics / Freight Forwarding)

Job Scope: • Assist in sending marketing emails and follow-ups to potential and existing customers • Support lead generation activities (research companies, contacts, basic data collection) • Follow up on sales enquiries and quotations via email • Maintain and update customer database / CRM records • Coordinate with internal operations team for basic shipment information • Assist in preparing simple sales reports and tracking responses • Support ad-hoc marketing campaigns and promotions ⸻ Requirements: • Basic communication skills (email writing in English) • Detail-oriented and responsible • Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets • Positive attitude and willing to learn • No prior experience required (training will be provided) ⸻ Learning Outcomes: • Exposure to real logistics & freight forwarding operations • Hands-on experience in B2B email communication • Understanding of customer follow-up and sales process • Basic knowledge of shipping industry (LCL / FCL / trade lanes)
