Marketing & Social Media Intern

This internship goes beyond just posting on social media—you’ll be helping our clients tell their stories, generate leads, and stand out online through creative visuals and data-backed strategies.  Job Description: Content Creation  • Using a range of apps and equipment (Instagram, Facebook) • Copywriting with the help of AI tools Marketing • Create periodic brainstorming deck filled with relevant topics and ideas for all marketing platforms. • Propose relevant and popular engagement plans to assist in sales monthly. Social Media Management – posting, scheduling, engaging • Research on topics and create content briefs for both EDMs, blogs and social media postings. Weekly brainstorm deck with relevant topics and ideas to be shared with supervisor. • Assist in filming and editing of content for the marketing calendar and for offline media events. • Help to organise and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions. Analytics & Reporting – see what works and what doesn’t Photography & Videography – corporate, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes: • Traditional media (e.g. YouTube long-form, digital displays) • Social media (e.g. TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Meta, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Conduct research on trends, competitors, and social ideas to support creative direction Requirements: • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related discipline • Familiar with major social media platforms • Experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar content creation apps • A good eye for design, storytelling, and current trends • Able to commit at least 6 months • Strong sense of initiative and eagerness to learn in a small, dynamic team • Able to work independently • Detail-oriented and well-organised work habits • A positive and supportive attitude
