About this role
Key Responsibilities• Gather and analyze business requirements for MarTech initiatives. • Define user stories, business processes, workflows, and acceptance criteria. • Support Adobe AEM and DAM platform implementations and enhancements. • Develop and maintain metadata standards, taxonomy models, and governance frameworks. • Coordinate Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, UAT, defect management, and release support. • Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution. • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions. • Support process improvements, workflow automation, and data governance initiatives. • Create project documentation, process flows, and business specifications. Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing Analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, MarTech, Data Analytics, or related domains. • Experience with Adobe AEM, Digital Asset Management platforms, or metadata governance. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery. • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. • Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, data governance, or workflow management will be an advantage. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
