Supported by a small, dedicated team, we aim to bring a warm, gratifying experience to everyone who visits us, whether you’re starting your morning, taking a break, or simply craving a familiar favourite. ☁️ Responsibilities  • Understand fundamental knowledge of flavour profiles and the foundations of local robusta coffee and Japanese teas to offer thoughtful recommendations to customers • Assist in preparation of ice and milk for beverages • Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the crafting of beverages, aligning with SOPs • Greet customers with genuine warmth, friendly service, and a smile! • Thrive in a fast-paced, active environment; be on your feet & handle service duties with efficiency • Maintain a clean, orderly workspace, countertops, and environment  • Use all equipment, electronics & tools with care • Communicate clearly and proactively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations • Carry out general housekeeping, restocking, inventory management and other assigned duties  • For experienced staffs: brew and serve traditional local kopi/teh as well as a variety of high-quality Japanese Tea beverages while prioritising product consistency, quality & visual presentation during pouring • Conduct proper Opening & Closing duties  What’s In It For You: Part-Time Salary: $11 per hour.  • Rotating shifts, Full Shift - 8.25h working hours, 45 mins break time. Half Shift - 5 to 6 hours.
