Media & Communications Intern (Safety)

The intern will support the planning, production and post-production of safety media content, including but not limited to: 1. “Our Safety Heroes” – 3-Part Series • Assist in storyboarding and planning • Support filming (basic camera setup and on-site assistance) • Video editing, subtitles and simple motion graphics 2. Safety Induction Video • Assist in updating scripts and visuals • Filming of operational and safety scenarios • Editing and formatting for onboarding and induction use 3. Media Coverage for Safety/Environmental and Security Events/Drills & Campaigns • Photography and short-form video coverage • Creation of recap videos and any other visual assets • Support content for internal communications and campaigns Requirements: • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Media, Communications, Design, Media Art or a related field. • Proficient in media editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva…etc). • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visuals and storytelling. • Able to plan, organize, and coordinate content production efforts. • Strong interest in event coordination and engagement programs.
