About this role
Job Responsibilities • Replenish medical consumables in hospitals at various stock points • Conduct inventory count regularly and ensure that stock levels are accurate and up to date • Ensure that supplies are stored and classified properly • Ensure data is accurately recorded in system, and delivery is arranged • Manage inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks • Identify supply chain gaps and deficiencies, and work on improvements • Ensure that supplies are monitored for quality • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management Job Requirements • Minimum ‘O’ and ‘N’ Level or equivalent • Minimum 2 years relevant experience • Proficient in Mathematics • Tech savvy, proficient in Computer Literacy Personal Qualities • Physically fit as personnel needs to go to multiple locations within hospitals • Highly responsible and conscientious • High integrity and ethical standards Attributes • Willing to work effectively in a team • Able and willing to openly share ideas, communicate effectively and meaningfully contribute • Embrace the idsMED values of Loyalty, Integrity, Balance, Care, Agility, Reliability and Entrepreneurship • Show a genuine desire to care for others, with a Happy, Engaging, Approachable, Responsible and Trustworthy personality.
