About the Role Sport Plus Media is looking for a meticulous and proactive Membership Experience & Digital Product Specialist to be the operational engine behind "THE HUB"— our new membership ecosystem and e-commerce business pillar. While our creative and content teams focus on storytelling, you will be responsible for the functional success of our member community. This is a part-time role suitable for students or fresh graduates looking for some flexibility in work arrangements. You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with Content/Marketing and Commerce team members to ensure our business goals are met with precision. Key Responsibilities 1. Membership & Loyalty Management Architect the Journey: Design and manage the end-to-end membership lifecycle, from initial sign-up to long-term retention. Loyalty Marketing: Develop and execute loyalty initiatives (e.g., members events, corporate partnership tie-ups, members points systems, exclusive "member-only" perks, and tier-based rewards) to increase customer lifetime value. Member Communication: Manage the CRM and email marketing flows to ensure members feel valued and informed about upcoming events and products. Loyalty Execution: Implement and track loyalty initiatives (e.g., reward points, referral programs, and exclusive member communications) to drive engagement and retention. Member Support: Act as the primary point of contact for membership-related inquiries, building and ensuring a customer focused experience for our community. 2. E-commerce Operations Catalog Management: Shadow the team’s commerce specialist in maintaining Hitpay / Shopify backend with, including product uploads, description writing, and inventory tracking. Performance Tracking: Monitor e-commerce metrics and prepare weekly snapshots of sales, popular items, and member conversion rates. 3. Presentation & Sales Support Data Storytelling: Translate membership data and e-commerce trends into clear, actionable reports that guide the company’s strategic decisions. Visual Standards: Ensure all business-facing documents are polished, error-free, and visually aligned with the SportPlus brand. 4. Operational Backbone Process Documentation: Draft and update SOPs for the business pillar to ensure scalability. Task Coordination: Maintain the project timeline for THE HUB, ensuring that deadlines for launches and partner activations are clearly communicated and met. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Specialised certificates in E-commerce Marketing or CRM/Loyalty Systems are highly valued, past retail management experience is a bonus. Technical Savvy: Quick to learn digital tools like Shopify, CRM software, and project management platforms (Notion/Asana). Business Acumen: Ability to build basic financial models (e.g., calculating churn rate, cost of acquisition, and membership ROI). Visual Literacy: Expert-level proficiency in Canva, Gamma, or PowerPoint. You must be able to "beautify" complex information into digestible, high-end decks. Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Wix / HitPay / Shopify and email marketing tools (e.g., Wix, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Brevo). The "Architect" Mindset: You are someone who finds fulfillment in making sure the "gears" of a business turn smoothly. You are organised, process-driven, and find "fun" in building systems that work. Communication: Clear, concise writing skills for both internal reporting and member-facing communications.
