About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Lifestyle Co-Working Space • Handle inbound & outbound calls and reply to emails with regards booking request, changes and general enquiries. • Deliver warm and professional service by addressing member/guest facility-related needs professionally. • Ensure proper handover and takeover of duties during shift changes, including updates on member bookings, pending tasks, billing, and any operational issues. • Escalate any operational issues, member concerns, or incidents promptly to the supervisor. • Monitor pantry and required supplies, and arrange for replenishment when stock is low. • Ensure members clear their belongings after their sessions. • Monitor members’ usage time and politely remind them to exit or extend when their paid time is expiring. • Provide support to members on the use of printing and laminating services. • Assist with billing for facility usage, guest entries, printing and laminating services. • Ensure members sign all billing chits and maintain proper hardcopy records. • Work with Finance on reconciliation of usage and billing records. • Ensure Club and facility Bye-Laws, Constitution, and usage rules are adhered to at all times. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor, Management or the MC • Ad-hoc Task and Other Duties: • Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace. • Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you. • Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment. Requirements; • GCE “O” or “A”Levels or NITEC, with at least 2 years of front-facing experience in the hospitality industry • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Warm,friendly, and service-oriented personality • Team player with a pleasant disposition • Punctual and reliable. Other information: • Part-time, 5-days work week (Monday - Friday) • 25 hours/week • Rostered shifts: 8:30am to 1.30pm / 1.00pm to 6:00pm We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
