Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Architecture Design • Position Title: MEP (Electrical) BIM Modeler • Working Location: Islandwide (Hybrid) • Working Hours: Flexi-Hours • Salary Package: Basic up to $4,500 • Duration: Contract (6-months) • Key Responsibilities • Build, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models, focusing on electrical systems such as lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm. • Work with the VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) team to identify clashes and coordinate electrical systems with structural and architectural elements. • Prepare shop drawings, submission drawings, and as-built drawings according to project needs. • Ensure all models and drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • APPLY NOW!!! • 2–3 years in BIM modeling and MEP coordination. • Skilled in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for clash detection. • Basic understanding of electrical design and engineering principles. • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • Experience with HDB BTO projects, Bentley Open Building Designer, or Dynamo scripting. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
