Job Description · We are seeking an experienced Murex Integration Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of MX.3 integration solutions within a large-scale banking transformation programme. · This role will lead the integration workstream, manage a team of consultants and developers, and work closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities · Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Murex MX.3 integration solutions. · Design and develop MxML import/export workflows, interfaces, and integration architecture. · Deliver integrations across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, market data, settlement, and regulatory platforms. · Lead platform migration, legacy system decommissioning, and MX.3 integration upgrades. · Implement SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 messaging integrations. · Develop integration automation using Python, Shell Scripting, SQL, and Murex APIs. · Oversee integration testing, defect management, production support, and release activities. · Manage and mentor a team of Murex integration specialists across multiple locations. · Engage with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery. Required Experience · 8+ years of Murex experience with strong expertise in MX.3 Integration and MxML Exchange. · Proven experience leading large-scale Murex integration or migration programmes within corporate or investment banking. · Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle processes across FX, Fixed Income, Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, and Money Markets. · Experience with SWIFT messaging (MT and ISO 20022), Murex APIs, MXOpenConnect, and enterprise integration platforms. · Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, Python, Java, Unix Shell Scripting, and SQL. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, and Maven. · Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline. · Murex certification (MTEK) or formal Murex training preferred. · Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
