About this role
Responsibilities • Implement and manage card benefits programs across affluent and emerging affluent card segments. • Ensure timely onboarding of benefit providers and integration into card platforms. • Coordinate with operations, IT, and customer service teams to enable smooth benefit fulfillment. • Manage day-to-day relationships with benefit providers and ensure adherence to SLAs. • Ensure all benefits programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management. • Recommend process improvements based on data insights. • Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field. • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in card benefits or usage management, partnership management, product execution or loyalty program management within the credit card, financial services, or fintech industry Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Words format and attn it to Tan Joanna (R1104661).
