-NEW- 12 Months UAT Specialist, Distribution Operations (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)activities for Joint Sales Initiatives, including reviewing test plans, executing test scenarios, validating results, and ensuring alignment with business requirements and expected outcomes. ·       Performed troubleshooting and defect analysis by identifying issues, raising and tracking JIRA tickets, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring all defects were retested and resolved within agreed timelines. ·       Ensured UAT activities were conducted accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner, while maintaining proper documentation and providing regular updates on testing progress and issue resolution. ·       Received training and hands-on exposure to Orphan Assignment, TOP, and Persistency modules to effectively support testing activities and strengthen operational knowledge. ·       Assisted with daily BAU operations to gain practical business process understanding, enabling more effective UAT execution and improved support for business users and stakeholders. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 1years of relevant experience ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice Interested candidates, kindly email your detailed resumes in MS word format to joseph.koh@ambition.com.sg Attention to Joseph Koh Wei Jie(R1873431) Shortlisted candidates will be notified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1873431 Data provided is for recruitment purposes only Business Registration Number:200611680D.
